Privacy policy

Remi is a meta-agent that builds, migrates, and operates management systems for businesses. This policy explains what data we process, for what purpose, how we protect it, and what controls you have over it. By using Remi you accept what is described here.

1. What data we process

• Account data: name, email, and role of the users who access the system.
• Your business data: what you upload or migrate into the system (customers, suppliers, products, receipts, transactions, messages, etc.). It is yours: Remi processes it to run your system.
• Data from integrations you connect: when you connect Google Drive, Slack, LinkedIn, or Meta (Facebook/Instagram), we access only what you authorize on each provider’s consent screen, and only to provide the function you requested.
• Minimal technical data: activity and error logs needed to operate and audit the service.

2. What we use it for

We use the data exclusively to: build and operate your management system, run the actions you request (with human confirmation on actions with an external consequence), assist you through the copilot, and maintain the security and integrity of the service. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

3. Third-party integrations

Each connector accesses only the minimum necessary and stores only the access grant (token), encrypted:

• Google Drive: with the drive.file, Remi only sees the files you explicitly pick with the Google file picker — never your entire Drive. It uses them to attach or read them as context when you ask.
• Slack: with your workspace token, Remi reads the channels you add it to and sends the messages you approve.
• LinkedIn / Meta: Remi publishes and replies on your behalf only with the content you approve.

4. Google user data (Limited Use)

Remi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically: we use Google data only to provide the features you enable, we do not transfer it to third parties except to operate those features or by legal obligation, we do not use it for advertising, and no human reads it except with your explicit permission, for security, or where the law requires.

5. How we protect data

• Per-company isolation: each customer has its own database. One company’s data is never mixed with another’s.
• Secret encryption: integration tokens are stored encrypted with AES-256-GCM and are never shown in plain text or in logs.
• Access control: access to data is restricted by role and by database-level rules (RLS).

6. Who we share it with

We do not share your data with third parties for their own purposes. We rely on infrastructure providers (for example, database hosting and application execution) that process it solely on Remi’s behalf and instructions, under confidentiality obligations, and on the AI providers the copilot uses only to answer your requests.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep data while your account is active. You can disconnect any integration at any time from Settings → Connectors, which deletes the stored token and cuts Remi’s access to that service. If you close your account or request it, we delete your data except what we must keep by legal or accounting obligation.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or request the deletion of your data, and revoke the permissions you have granted. To exercise them, write to us at getremiai@gmail.com.

9. Changes

If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this same page with its date. Significant changes are communicated within the product.
