Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Remi, a service that builds, migrates, and operates management systems for businesses. By using Remi, you accept these terms.
1. The service
Remi builds your management system by assembling validated components, migrates your information, and —if you subscribe— operates it with a copilot. The resulting system is yours and works with or without the agent. We may improve, change, or discontinue features, giving notice when a change is significant.
2. Your account and your use
You are responsible for your account activity, for keeping your credentials secure, and for ensuring that the data you upload and the integrations you connect comply with the law and with each provider’s terms. You may not use Remi for illegal activities, to compromise third-party systems, or to process data you have no rights to.
3. Agent actions
The copilot runs actions under a tiered control: reversible actions with no external consequence are executed and logged; those with an external consequence (sending a message, issuing a document) require your confirmation; irreversible or sensitive ones are never run autonomously. Even so, review the results: you are responsible for the actions you approve.
4. Third-party integrations
When you connect Google, Slack, LinkedIn, Meta, or other services, their use is also governed by those providers’ terms and policies. Remi accesses only what you authorize and stores the access grant encrypted. You can disconnect any integration whenever you want.
5. Data
Data processing is described in our Privacy policy. Your business data is yours; Remi processes it to provide the service.
6. Warranties and liability
We do our best to keep the service reliable, but it is provided “as is,” without implied warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Remi is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited legally.
